Baby refusing bottle

I mostly breastfeed my DD but I introduced a bottle while we were in the hospital. Since then, we try to do one bottle a day but there are some days she doesn't get a bottle because it's easier for me to just BF. She had been doing fine with that, but this week, she's refusing the bottle. Each time we try to bottle feed her, she squirms, laughs, and looks around, but she won't suck. I go back to work in January and I'm worried she won't eat when I'm not around. But a baby wouldn't let herself go hungry, would she? If she's hungry enough and someone gives her a bottle, she'll eventually take it, right?
