Umbilical hernia?

I have had this weird pain in my belly button on occasion throughout my pregnancy, which almost feels like a pulling feeling. I can feel a small lump right above my belly button (only sometimes) which feels like a hernia. I usually notice it on days when I am standing up for longer periods of time.

I'm not too worried about it, I just want to make sure it isn't harmful to the baby. I can't really find any information online and I was going to see if anyone had any experience with this.

I will ask my doctor at my next appointment, but I was just going to see what I could find out until then.
