Will I ever sit again?

LO just turned 3 months and will not let me sit down and even screams when I hold her. She does have gerd but now she will only eat if I'm standing and walking around the only time she let's me sit and feed her is in the middle of night when she's half asleep.

Anyone else go through this? I know I can't spoil her at this point right? I just dunno if it's a phase or If I'm starting a bad habit. I just feel bad cuz she screams her head off and refuses to eat if I'm not walking!
