Hi fellow parents,
As many of you may know, the company I work for does a lot of customer research for certain products. Most recently we got to discussing a baby monitor that would continuously monitor our baby's heartrate/breathing and send alerts straight to our phones and the handheld device most monitors come with.
To me, this sounds great! A monitor that actually monitors something, however, I'm now wondering what the apprehension is about placing a small wireless & non-invasive (and safe) electronic device on your baby's foot? (That is how the monitor senses)
Do you guys feel any hesitation in this? What are some of your thoughts? I can't really think of any other consumer baby-product that require attaching a tiny electronic device to baby.
Thanks!
S
