How would I know? Rice Cereal in Bottle

How would I know if our in home DCP is putting rice cereal in LO's bottle?  Today the leftover bottle looked funny and idk if it's because the milk was from my freezer stash or if it sat out when he was done with it.  His poop is still yellow (he's EBF)...would there be any other signs.  I just want to make sure she's  not b/c last week she asked if the pedi suggested it yet.  I explained that we aren't doing solids until 6 months
