If your LO has an early bedtime, what time are they up for the day?

DD goes to bed around 7:30 most nights, and she STTN.  Before, she would get up around 5, eat, then go right back to sleep until a little after 7.  But lately, she's only stirring briefly at 5 and going back to sleep on her own, then wanting to eat at 6ish.  When I feed her, she doesn't fall right back to sleep, but she still does seem tired.  I try to rock her to sleep after she eats, but unfortunately, my ds tends to get up right as she's falling asleep, so she ends up being up for the day.  6 seems really early to me for her to be up for the day though!
