Am I seriously getting sick the DAY BEFORE I go back to work??!

I woke up yesterday with a slightly irritated throat and thought, "uh oh". Now tonight I've noticed it's gotten worse. This is going to SUCK if I get sick the day before I go back. I mean, if it's mild I'll work through it and just be uncomfortable, although it will make for a crappy first day. But if I wake up tomorrow and feel like total dirt, I'm going to feel so rediculous calling in sick. Everyone will want to call BS. This blows.
