How long is too long of a nap?

I posted below about not waking DD up so much during the day while she is napping. She's sleeping all day & up all night still at one month old, and I've been waking her every 2-21/2 hours during the day. But she's been sleeping for 4 1/2 hours now. I think it's time to wake her up. How long is too long?
