Swaddling-how do you know when to wean?

The title of this post says it all: How do you know when it's time to quit swaddling?

DD is 10 weeks and has broke out of her miracle blanket several times this week for the first time ever.  She wakes up once unswaddled, but there doesn't seem to be much I can do to prevent it from happening. Is this my sign to start weaning her off of the swaddle?  For those of you that have weaned LO off of swaddling how did it go for you?
