Fever with 2 month shots...booooo

DD has been sleeping since her shots at 11am. She's eaten. but sleepily and went back to sleep. She pooped in her sleep about 30 min ago and I unswaddled her to change her diaper. Poor baby was super fussy (usually so happy) and when I took her temp, it was 100.4. Dr. said to call if 100.4 or over. So, I waited 15 min after unswaddling and took her temp again...100.4 still. Called and the nurse said to give her tylenol and feed her often and acted like she was wondering why I called. Um...the handwritten paper from the doc said to call if fever was 100.4+. DD is now sleeping unswaddled on me and she never sleeps unswaddled Anyone else get a fever with 2 mo. shots?
