Why would you need to bathe an infant every day?

We bathe DS #2 twice a week.  Unless he has a very messy poop, he doesnt NEED a bath every day.  I use a warm washcloth and wipe his face, neck, chin etc off every day and even use the baby wash on his head/hair several times a week, but I find it totally unnecessary to fully bathe him every day right now.  Hes not dirty...to each their own, but anyone not give their baby a bath every day?  As he gets older I will obviously increase it.
