Is this a growth spurt or something else?

LO is 6 weeks and 2 days, today she has only had one hour of awake time that wasnt spent screaming her head off, it seems like shes in pain. But even including the crying shes only been awake for maybe two hours, shes sleeping a lot more but eating fairly normal, yesterday however she ate every hour. WDYT?
