Acne

December 2011 in Babies: 0 - 3 Months

DD's baby acne has gotten really bad. It is really red on her cheeks like a rash with pimples. I'm even seeing pimples on her scalp a little. At what point should I be concerned? Or should I just keep ignoring it?

Also... Do you wash face with soap everyday for acne or just water?
