December 2011 in Babies: 0 - 3 Months

I really want to breastfeed but my daughter and I are just a mess.. First we have a terrible latch, Its extremely painful for me and we just cant seem to get it right. Secondly when I pump I just am not getting enough milk to sustain her. On average i will pump for 30min on each side and get about half an ounce together. Im very frustrated and am on the verge of giving up. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appriciated! Thanks!:]
