Birth Control

I'm 3 weeks PP and have been told to start back on my birth control pills.

I'm just wondering if anyone else went back on the pill after baby? Most people I know who went back on the pill didn't BF, so I'm just wondering what I should expect as far as the PP spotting and whatnot goes.
