could this be a sign of anything ?

My LO just turn 7weeks yesterday and these past 2 days shes been sucking on her hands like crazy; like shes hungry. But shes doing it right after she eats. Shes breastfed and i supplement with formula. She just ate on both side for 20mins each and then ate 41/2oz right after i burped her she started sucking on her hands. I know i am producing enough I can feel them get super full and she emptys both of them. Just to make sure she was getting enough i let them fill up and i pumped to see what i could get. i got 5oz total.

 

what do you ladies think ? (sorry first time mom i worry too much! )
