What does your LO wear in public?

DS pretty much lives in footed sleepers. If I run out for errands, I don't bother changing him because he just stays in his carseat anyway. This old lady made a comment the other day that baby "must be having a lazy day because he didn't even get out of his pajamas!". Honestly, I find outfits to be a PITA. Socks fall off, jeans ride down, shirts ride up, and sweaters get all bunched around his little face.

Am I a lazy mom for keeping my kid in "pajamas" all day? What do you dress your LO in when out in public?
