I need to start working out...majorly. The only time I can is early morning before work. However, DD is still waking to nurse anytime between 4-6am, usually around 5-5:30, right when I need to be at the gym.
DH can't give a bottle b/c he works nights and doesn't get home until 2-3am (when I'm finishing up a nursing session), so he is zonked out around that time, and he already gets up at 6:45 to help with DD.
The only thing I can think of is to wake DS at 4:30 to nurse, or just do a dreamfeed at 4:30. I've heard of people doing dreamfeeds before they lay down, earlier in the night. Would it be weird to wake or dreamfeed DS at 4:30? Should I just wake him up, change him, see if he can poop, and feed him? He does well with going right back to bed.
I really can't think of any other options. I have to leave my house by 5am to make this work.
