How do i tell her, "This is MY baby and im raising him THIS WAY, if you dont want to raise him this way you CANT babysit!" In a sweet way that will make her WANT to do it MY way, with out upsetting her?

The in laws "say" they respect how we want to do it, but when it comes down to keeping him on his schedule they epically fail and push my buttons...
