Pumping issues....

So I've been Bfing and now have to return to work Monday.... I was hoping to pump while I'm there and have been trying to get this pumping thing down for a while now... problem is I can't seem to get much each time, only if I wait HOURS and am a bit engorged to I get more than an ounce or two. I have a double electric pump and put the vacuum 3/4 the way on and put speed on 2... I've played around but can't seem to find a better speed... Any suggestions on technique or tricks to get some more? Not that I am against formula, but I really want to give the breastfeeding thing a go once I go back!
