Looking for a tote style bag

I want a tote style bag, I'm pretty much open to anything, as long as it is a little firm enough to hold it's shape a little, but I'm having a tough time finding something I like.

I would like one that isn't too big, hold's it's shape a little, and preferably closes at the top (zipper would be awesome).  Any suggestions?  Can be any brand.  It would be an alternative to a diaper bag, sort of like downsizing

 

I sort of like this - but it's kind of utilitarian, larger than I want, and flimsy-

I also kind of like Thirty-One's, but I've never seen it in person, and I don't want DH to have to shop through 31 for Christmas for me.
