Intro...

I have lurked on this board off and on for a year and it is now my turn to join. I will probably have a lot of questions in the next few days and weeks, because honestly I am in hurry up mode now. I have known for a while now that my marriage wasn't going to last and have slowly been making a plan to get out, but my H confronted me about it this weekend and has decided that I have 2 weeks to get all my stuff together and get out. And all my stuff includes our 3 children, age 5, 2 1/2, and 10 months. And I won't lie, I'm clueless at what to do first...I don't even know what paperwork needs to be filled to get the process started. I've tried googling my state's laws, but that has served to further confuse me, so any help you all might have will be greatly appericiated.
