Babies on Zantac

My LO has been on Zantac for almost three weeks now. At first it did wonders for her reflux but now it seems like shes back to screaming in pain. She will be three months old tomorrow.

Anyone else experience this? I'm not sure if i should call and see if dosage should be increased I just hope we dont have to end up putting her on another medication such as prevacid.. but unfortunately it looks like its heading in that direction
