How long are your LO napping? How many times a day? I am trying to get my LO to nap more (today has been good so far with catching her as she is getting tired and making sure I am working on getting her drowsy before she gets overtired). I know that 1.5-2 hours is a good length, but about how many times a day? She used to do like 30-45 minutes a day, several times a day. Any thoughts?
