Little question here, sorry if its been asked a million times already but I am unsure about it and I wont see my doctor until next month to ask him but...
How long are you supposed to wait after pregnancy before you start a workout routine back up? I know that you probably should not go extreme or anything and work your way into it... I just cannot find a good answer to how long you wait and what is good to start with etc.
Any answers and advice are greatly appreciated! TIA
