help from some BFing moms

So i found out today that a friend of mine is smoking and breast feeding at the same time. I guess she "pumps and dumps" but that still seems so bad to me. does anyone have any good advice or information so that I don't look like a jerk when I bring it up to her? Thanks in advance. xo
