I was 188 after giving birth to my son 9weeks ago. I am now 206!! WTF I havent been eating out of control....mostly healthy food with a few exceptions. And I recently started running on my treadmill again. I am so devestated that I am up almost 20lbs in 9weeks. Any advice or insight would be great....I am having a really hard time with this. I worked hard to lose 30lbs before getting pregnant and to be back in the 200's really affects me.
