Time between nap and bedtime?

What time does your LO take their last nap and for how long? What time is bedtime?

I've read anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours in between nap and bedtime. I've tried each interval in between and none of it has been consistent to helping her go to sleep with relative ease. I've read her cues, but still doesn't help.

I'd like to know what worked for you.
