Anyone else have a high Conjugated Bilirubin Lab test?

I am so worried waiting to find out if there is something wrong with my LO and was wondering the outcome of any of you ladies out there that might have had an elevated Conjugated Bilirubin lab result. My son apparently had breast milk jaundice and the nonconjugated level has been slowly declining, but now all of a sudden his conjugated one is elevated which is apparently the more serious one. Thanks for any input!
