Rice Cereal??

When did you give your LO rice cereal in the bottle??...we are debating on doing it only in the evening.  The doctor stated we could at 2 months only in the evening and 1 tbsp in the evening bottle, but I have been a bit reluctant since there are quite a bit articles about childhood obesity starting from that.
