Reflux moms who add cereal to a bottle

How much do you add? What kind of bottle do you use and what nipple? LO does well with formula for spit up but I have 7 grocery bags full of frozen breastmilk and want her to be able to use it. Our pedi, over the phone, told my husband to add cereal but wasnt specific. Just curious as to what you do.
