My 9 week old has been sleeping a 6-7 hour stretch at night since 5-6 weeks. His first stretch starts at around 5-6 pm when he goes down. Then we are up at around 1am and 5 am. I was thinking of waking him for diaper and feed around 9 pm in hopes that I would go to bed shortly after and we'd synch up a longer stretch.
What do you think? Any other ideas to help move his bedtime later?
He is EBF.
