How do you put your baby to sleep at night?

Just wondering what methods are used out there for bed time. And how old is your baby?

We do a bath, lotion, pjs, and have the same music playing from a glow sea horse.  Keep the lights very low, and tv off.  Then give him a bottle and rock him.  He's usually asleep when we put him in his crib, but sometimes he's a little bit awake and will shuffle around and fall asleep.

He's 11 weeks old.

Wondering about rocking him to sleep, and putting him down fully asleep.  Anyone else do this?
