How much should I be able to pump?

I wanted to breastfeed my Lo and come to find out her mouth is to small to get a good latch on my breast. So I was advised to pump and feed her with a bottle, I have been pumping since she was 3 days old and all I can seem to pump is a total of one to two ounces and thats with pumping from both breast. I pump about 3 times a day and  I cant seem to keep up with my growing LO's appetite~  Is there anything I can do to improve this? I am currently having to supplement her with formula just so she gets enough to eat during the day!
