Is my LO having trouble breathing?

I can't tell if she is, or if I'm just having post-partum-husband-at-work, overwhelmed anxiety.....

Last night, DD made a grunting/pushing sound with every exhale.  This went on for 5 hours, and every 3-4 minutes, she would let out a cry as well.  Her whole body seems to move up & down when she breathes.  She'll pant for a few minutes, then her breathing will  slow down, then she'll start breathing fast again.  She sleeps fitfully all night long.  You know that noise we all make when we stretch?  Well she makes it every 5 minutes the entire time she's sleeping.

I don't know whether to take her to the dr. or to take ME
