Can't go back to sleep anymore!

The only thing I could count on was night time sleep - she'd have no trouble waking up, nursing, and falling back asleep. For the past few nights, she wakes up wide awake ready to go, and it takes hours to get her back to sleep! Subsequent stretches are shorter now, too. WHAT'S UP?!

On a related note, she clearly can't self-soothe, and there's no such thing as drowsy but awake in my house. Anyone have any luck?
