Another Zantac question

We just started this week on Zantac.  Does anyone put it in a bottle or do you all give it to LO straight from the syringe?  I am EBF but I pump so someone else can feed her sometimes.  When we feed her with a bottle, we put the vitamin D drops and gas drops in there- can we do the same thing with the Zantac?  Somehow I feel like we should give that to her straight.  I'm supposed to check in with the pedi on Monday to see how LO is doing so I'll ask then, just wondered what everyone else was doing in the meantime.
