3 days old 2oz?

So DD was born on Tues(11/22) and I was told that she was to eat up to 25ml of formula every 3-4 hours. Well she eats every 4 hours and she eats 2oz of formula. Is that too much? Also when I'm going to take the bottle away she likes to grip it and I feel bad snatching it out of her mouth. She doesn't cry though so I know she's not still hungry. But is that too much for a 3 day old to eat?
