My ped didn't say anything about this but Im noticing my FF 6week old has a white tongue after she eats. My sister told me to use a clean, damp washcloth to wipe off her tongue once a day to prevent a buildup. Is anybody doing this? I have one of those finger brushes that came with her oral care set but it seems huge to try to get in her mouth! What do you do to keep your LO's mouth clean?
