The grunting...seriously

I swear, every time DD goes to sleep, she starts grunting and has to poop during her "transition time" and it wakes her.  She will be totally fine for about 30-45 min, then the grunting begins.  Usually ends with crying to get up, then poop.  I have cut dairy b/c of blood in her stool, so i don't think that's the issue.  She has reflux but is medicated and since the grunting usually ends with poop, I doubt that's it.  I have an oversupply I am working on, so that could be part of it, but man it's frustrating.  Anyone else have a MAJOR grunter?!
