Is this a growth spurt?

Lo will be 12 weeks this coming Saturday. She just recently started this great sleeping pattern where she'd want to be asleep by around 7 pm and she would get up to eat at around 12 , 4 and 7-8. Not always exact but close. Well the past few nights, she has been waking every 2-3 hours again. She normally takes 4 oz every 4 hours but now she's taking 5 every 2-3 hours. I don't know if this is a growth spurt or not. I guess I'm worried because of her sudden increase of ounces, so frequently. She also has reflux and is on Prevacid for it.
