Spotting and slight pain

November 2011 in Babies: 0 - 3 Months

I stopped bleeding at 2.5 weeks pp, I am now 6 weeks. Last night I started slight spotting lasting through today with slight sharp pains on my right side around my ovary I believe. Any suggestions on what this may be? TIA
