Help with sleep- pacifier issues.

My LO is 2 months old today and will usually only fall asleep with a paci unless in the swing or driving in the car, we swaddle him at night at tuck it under the swaddle or the darn thing would NOT stay in, but around 1 or 2 every night he wakes up but he is not hungry i just have to give him the paci then he doesnt wake up till 4, my question is how can i get him to sleep without it??
