What just happened? I feel I never know what my LO wants!!!

So I just got done breastfeeding my LO and as I'm burping her she is rooting and sucking on my shoulder like a bird, and when I say a bird I mean if I didn't stop her she would have hurt herself.  Ok so, she is still hungry so I try to feed her again and she refuses.  I try walking around the house with her and she is still crying and I'm paranoid as we have had some breath holding spells so it freaks me out if I can't get her to stop crying.  I just pat her back and sush her and go into the bedroom and look in the mirror and she has her eyes closed.  I don't understand!  She acted like she was hungry but refused and is now sleeping but not sure for how long.  I didn't think she was over tired as she has taken some naps today.

Has anyone else had this happen?
