In Home Day Care

I have a 2 month old baby (my first). I am not planning to go back to work, however have gone back and forth with the idea of watching a couple of kids in my house during the day (everyone can use a little extra money these days). I recently got an offer to watch 2 sisters, 2yrs and 2 months. I am looking for thoughts on pros and cons from anyone who has experience watching kids in their home. 

My concerns are not being able to give my baby the full attention he deserves, as well as this particular job would be 5 days/week from 6 or 7am to 5pm (this would be a long day and also could prohibit me from going out during the day. 

Thoughts, comments, advice would be greatly appreciated.
