Does this sound like GERD

My LO has his one month appointment on Wed so i am planning to discuss with the pedi, but i was curious what you all though if you have experience with GERD.

LO is fussy in the evening.  He has started spitting up in the past 2 weeks.  He doesn't spit up right away.  He generally spits up about 15-20 mins after he finished eatting.  He makes a lot of faces, face gets red and then spits up.  He squirms and cries when i stop a geeding to burp him.  Really cries.

He is woken up at night (also about 15 mins after stops eatting) is squirming and looks like he is in pain.  He pulls his knees up, but is not as gassy as he was in the early weeks.  It just doesn't seem the same as when he had bad gas pain.  He also has started this mild coughing and what sounds like throat clearing.

We barely slept at all last night.
