Baby does not like to be swaddled

Anyone else have a baby who does not like being swaddled? In the hospital she kicked and wiggled her way out of the nurse's swaddles. I have put her in swaddles sacks but she grunts and wiggles. She seems to prefer the halo sleep sacks where her arms are free. She also tends to roll to her side to sleep, which pedi said is fine as long as she is positioning herself that way. This is our first baby...every baby is different, but this is not what we were expecting! She is so strong!
