Burning pain under breast, BFing related?

I have this horrible sharp, burning pain under my left breast, it almost feels like it's in my ribs. I thought that it was just due to engorgement and tried to BF and pump extra on that side yesterday, which felt like it had helped somewhat by last night. But then this morning I woke up with LO and it's much worse. Today feeding on this side is definitely not helping. It's so painful it's taking my breath away, hurts more when I stretch, bend over, take a deep breath, pick up DD ... I don't know what to do. I've been BFing successfully for four weeks and I'm worried now that something is wrong. IDK, blocked or something. Anyone have any idea what I'm going through?
