5 weeks old grunting, straining, and crying

Ok my 5 week old in grunting, straining, crying, and blowing bubbles. He seems to be uncomfortable, but he is still pooping regularly. I am not sure if it is just gas, but I feel bad for him! The only way I can console him is by breastfeeding. It seems to be worse in the afternoon between 11-3. Anyone else having this problem?
