Teething at 11 weeks?

LO is 11 weeks old and I'm beginning to wonder if he's starting to teethe. He's irritable, drooling, spitting up, and chewing on his hands like there's no tomorrow. I know it's not hunger that's making him chew on his hands because he just ate until he wouldn't take any more from either breast. Anyone had one to teethe this early?

So there's this boy. He kinda stole my heart. He calls me "Mom"
